Tickets must be reserved via Eventbrite. Both Saga and ADLG are offered. Saga is available Saturday only (£10 entry) or for the weekend (£20). Cost, payable on the day, includes lunch.

Venue; Location and Catering
Location; Carnforth Ex-Servicemen’s club, Scotland Rd, Carnforth LA5 9JY, UK

• M6 J35 in within 2 miles
• Directly opposite Aldi and Booths, near the crossroad with Market street
• Carnforth station is 5 minutes, 400m. Direct trains from Manchester (city, airport etc.), Preston, Leeds and the Lake District. Change in Lancaster (6 miles) or Preston otherwise
• Vitrix factory, kendal 17 miles

Lunch is included both days. Please buy any drinks from the bar on site. Snacks are also available from Aldi or Booths over the road, or Greggs and cafes on Carnforth Market Street, within 200m

Factions and warband construction

• Any faction from Age of Invasions or Age of Vikings can be selected
• Warbands follow the 6-point Saga standard. A list of units must be submitted at registration. The faction must be clearly stated along with any sub faction and neither can be changed.
• Players may change a ½ point when deploying.
• Special units such as Viking Berserkers, Irish Dogs or Sassanid elephants and Roman artillery must be specified in your list and used in every game.
• No Legendary Units, Relics & Artifacts or Old Friends New Enemies
• Skraelings are permitted.
• War banners are allowed
• A single mercenary unit is allowed, must be specifically named on the list and be used in every game. Age of Vikings mercenaries use the 2021 FAQ chart.

Scenarios
Five of the following scenarios will be played. They were previously used at the Britcon Grand Melee, 2025 details below. The order of the scenario will be randomly determined.

• Clash of Warlords. Follow instructions from the rulebook. No special rules.
