We only have a limited number of appointments at Salon X, but please check back again for cancellations.

Can I amend my appointment?

To amend your appointment at Salon X you will need to cancel and rebook. But please note that sessions are limited so there may not be additional availability.

What should I do if I'm running late?

We will hold your appointment at Salon X for 10 minutes. If you arrive beyond that we will not be able to guarantee your slot will be available.

Can I bring someone else with me?

Due to space restrictions, we would encourage you to visit alone.

Am I able to book for multiple people?

No. Please do not book for more than one person and or on behalf of anyone else. However, if they would like an appointment, please share the link.

Am I able to attend if I am disabled?

Yes. If you have limited mobility or are a wheelchair user, please let us know when you book. Please note that unfortunately Salon X has no ground floor toilet facilities, but there are accessible facilities nearby.
