Readipop

Reading’s samba drumming group Beatroots invites you to join them for a fun, informative and energetic intro to Brazilian percussion. 
Samba 101 includes an introduction to the samba drums and a workshop to get everyone drumming. It is suitable for complete beginners, rusty drummers and those who just want a new challenge. At the end of the workshop the rest of the band joins in to create a full samba bateria performance! Samba101 also works as in induction to the band for complete beginners.
No drumming or musical experience is needed and all the drums are provided.
