THIS IS A FULL DAY EVENT WHICH COSTS £30 pp PLEASE BE SURE TO BOOK 2 EXERCISE CLASSES (yoga or tai chi) AND 2 SOUND SESSIONS
Sanctuary' is a yoga and sound charity fundraising event with proceeds going to City of Sanctuary helping refugees in the Lancaster and Morecambe area.
The day includes a range of different styles of yoga from beginners to more advanced classes, and a chance to try Tai Chi.
There will also be a range of different sound / relaxation experiences including singing bowls, acoustic sound, mantra and meditation sessions.
Lunch and tea &amp; coffee is included
 
This is a full day event which cost £30 pp. Please be sure to book 2  exercise classes(yoga/tai chi) and 2 sound sessions

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event? 16 years
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event? Parking in the 'Clean Rooms' factory car park next to the venue
What can/can't I bring to the event? Bring yoga mats and blankets
