Can I bring food to give to the animals?

You are welcome to bring food for the animals but animals food will be provided for the tour. Please don't bring meat or meat products, avocados, citrus, onions or rhubarb.

Please wear sturdy and enclosed foot wear. Wear clothes that can get dirty and dress for the conditions.

It is forecast for rain. Will the tour still be on?

If it is scheduled to rain on the day of the tour, we will cancel and reschedule you on a subsequent tour or issue you a refund.

I'm not able to attend. Can I get a refund?

We will refund the purchase of your ticket with 7 days notice or we can transfer your ticket to the next sanctuary tour. Due to catering costs and the difficulty of reselling tickets within such a short-time, we will be unable to accept refund requests within the 7 days of the event.
