Deadline for booking is Midnight on the 11th December 2016.
No more tickets will be sold after this date for catering reasons.
Once you have booked online you will be sent an email confirmation. We do not send out tickets for online bookings. Your confirmation email works as your ticket. Please present it to our staff on door on arrival.

Please note that the event begins promptly at 7.00pm. Doors and Bar will be open from around 6.45pm
St Mary’s Church is on Primrose Hill Road, NW3, between King Henry’s Road and Elsworthy Road.

Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
There will be a bar at the event which ID may be required. Alcohol will not be sold to anyone under the age of 18.
What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?
Tube: Chalk Farm, Northern Line; Swiss Cottage, Jubilee Line.
Buses: 31, C11, 274 (if taking the 274 please note that you will need to walk over Primrose Hill to Elsworthy Road, which takes about 20 minutes).
Parking: Some parking spaces are usually available in King Henry’s Road and Elsworthy Road, as Residents Parking Restrictions do not apply after 6pm.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
No filming equiptment is allowed at the event.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, we prefer if you present a printed confirmation (Or atleast a booking reference name and number) of your ticket on the door, so our staff can cross reference it with our online payment list.
What is the refund policy?
We do not give refunds on any ticket purchase as this is a fundraising event.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
This is fine. The booking reference we want to see is who bought the ticket. We understand that people often do give or buy tickets for others. We only want proof of purchase, not who is attending.
