Come and visit Father Christmas in his Toy Workshop every weekend from the 17th November to the 23rd December in our very own North (allerton) Pole in Central Arcade just off the High Street.
Take away a lovely gift plus make some reindeer food to put out on Christmas Eve
As Santa is very busy making toys for the children this Christmas, he is taking timed appointments only.  Book your individual time slot now, no queuing and minimal waiting.
Cost per child £10 plus booking fee (maximum 2 adults can enter at same time)
Cost per family (up to 3 children) £25 plus booking fee (maximum 2 adults can enter at same time)  - just book an individual ticket add all children's details, you can pay the upgrade when you arrive.

Ideal for children from infants to aged 12, but older kids are welcome, as long as they believe in Father Christmas of course!

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
All children must be accompanied by at least one adult over 18 years of age at all times in the Workshop.
What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
BY CAR  From the North follow the A19 South and take the exit A167 for Northallerton. Follow the road until you arrive in the centre. From the South follow the A1(M) and exit sign posted A19 Teesside. Take the exit A168 towards Northallerton and follow the road until the centre.
BY TRAIN  From Darlington: The average journey time between Darlington and Northallerton is 11 minutes. The fastest journey time is 10 minutes. On an average weekday, there are 36 trains per day travelling from Darlington to Northallerton. The journey time may be longer on weekends and holidays.

What's the refund policy?
Tickets are non refundable, if you wish to cancel your ticket let us know in case we can re sell it for you.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Yes, you must bring your printed ticket with you to the event and you must bring the children specified in your original booking.  Santa will have something special for them.
Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?
No, tickets cannot be transferred or refunded at any time.  But please contact us if you have any difficulties making your appointnment in case we can help.
Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?
Yes as long as you tell us at least 24 hours in advance but the children's names cannot be transferred.
