SAS CPD Programme - Difficult Conversations and Conflict Resolution

NELFT Medical Education Department are delighted to invite you to an upcoming CPD Programme taking place on the 19th May from 1:30pm - 4:30

This course equips healthcare professionals with the skills to handle

difficult conversations and resolve conflicts effectively. Participants

will learn practical communication strategies to manage challenging

situations, enhance their ability to foster positive outcomes, and improve

workplace relationships.

Participants will gain expertise in preparing for and navigating difficult

conversations, with a focus on conflict resolution. The workshop

covers managing emotions, active listening, and addressing resistance,

providing actionable strategies to enhance communication and achieve

positive results.
