1st March 2026 Full Moon: Blood Moon in Virgo Total Lunar Eclipse
Appearing red as Earth moves between her and the Sun, this Virgo Blood Moon brings with it an accelerated energy of change, renewal and transformation. As the seasons shift, we are being called to clear away the old to make space for the new, and welcome in a fresh Spring beginning.
As the sun sets and the full moon rises, in this threshold space - between day and night, heat and cold - you will be invited to release what no longer serves you and step into the most authentic version of yourself.
Guided by this lunar cycle, we will move between the cleansing sauna and invigorating outdoors or plunge pool, using breath and meditation to support our journey inwards.
A reflective prompt will guide our meditation, whilst essential oils will be diffused to ground us into the present moment.
We will open and close with a circle check-in, and conclude the ceremony with a release ritual; leaving you with mental and emotional space filled with potential and possibility.
This circle will act as an anchor point each month —a space to pause, take stock, and move forward with clarity.
