SBPF Present More Vim, More Life - Every Tues from 23rd Apr - 28th May After a successful project last year we are back with MVML! Giving the Southwark BAME community a great chance to look at well-being and how to improve overall physical and mental health!Every Tues 6.30pm starting from 23rd Apr we will host a great 6 week interactive workshop series all about healthy living. The MVML workshops will cover: <ul><li>Healthy eating in the African Caribbean community,</li><li>Understanding food portion sizes, nutrition and live food demos</li><li>Importance of exercise to balance life pressures</li><li>Chance to say what healthy living means to you</li><li>and more</li></ul> Plus, a fun family fitness day Sat 8th June!!!Call 07837 293 224 for more details Address:The Pensioners Hall 1 Grimsel Path SE5 0TB Dates:Every Tues 6.30-8.30pm from 23rd April to 28th May
