Can I attend if I do Hyrox and want to improve my running?

Absolutely! This event is to support runners so whether that is running for Hyrox, triathlon, marathon or park run - this event will be suitable to all distance running disciplines.

Do I need to wear gym clothes to this event?

No you dont. The talk is hosted inside of a Sports Performance Gym (Namix Performance Centre), but there won’t be any practical element to this talk so there’s no need to wear gym clothing.

I am looking to get into running - would this be suitable for me?

Definitely! If you are looking to start running, why not learn about how to strength train for it and keep injuries at bay. It would be good to learn this to get ahead of the game.

I struggle with injuries when I run - is there a chance to ask someone about this?

Absolutely! There will be time for Q&A at the end of the talk and if you’d like to chat with James or Chris after the talk, they’ll also be available for any questions you may have.
