Restorative & Relational Practice (approach)
Restorative practice encourages those who work with children and families to focus their time on building quality relationships that inspire positive change. Focusing on relationships; encouraging fair process and offering high support and high challenge, we want to share this relational approach to working with families, colleagues, and partners.
We’ve developed our restorative practice & learning offer to meet the needs of professional colleagues from health, police, the voluntary sector, and education. Our SCC CS529 Introduction to Restorative & Relational Practice Workshop is open and FREE to all Warwickshire Professionals who work with children, young people, and families.
