Find out more about Science Insights, an exciting work experience programme for 5th year high school pupils.

Science Insights is an exciting work experience programme designed to give 5th year high school pupils a real insight into the work and life of research scientists. Science Insights will run as a week-long series of in-person events each day from Mon 25 to Fri 29 July 2022 at locations on four of the University of Edinburgh's campuses. Come along to this information session to learn more about the programme, hear from previous participants, and ask any questions you might have about the application process.<h3>Who can apply to Science Insights?</h3>We welcome applications to Science Insights if you are:<ul><li>In your fifth year (current S5, moving into S6 in August) at a high school in Scotland</li><li>Able to attend in-person sessions on all five days of Science Insights week: Monday 25 to Friday 29 July 2022, from 10.00am to 5.00pm each day (includes scheduled breaks!)</li><li>Able to attend our online welcome session on Tuesday 19 July 2022, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm</li></ul><a href="https://www.ed.ac.uk/medicine-vet-medicine/outreach/science-insights/science-insights-stories" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Hear from past participants in Science Insights</a>.
