What happens when eight Oxfordshire community groups are given access to the world class skills, knowledge and resources of the University of Oxford and Oxford Brookes researchers? SCIENCE TOGETHER is a radical new programme which harnesses the power of community-led collaborative research projects to overcome challenges and seize opportunities. This is a brand new, grass-roots programme developed to help address major issues and questions impacting local people’s lives.Join us to find out more about each collaboration from the researchers, community groups and service users involved, in ‘Science on the Sofa’ - a candid conversation hosted by Science Together facilitator, Oli Moore. For those unable to join this reception in person, the conversation will also be livestreamed.Please note that this event will livestreamed, video recorded and photographed. If you do not wish for your image to be captured during the event please speak to a member of staff upon arrival.
