For Secondary School Science Technicians

Are you a technician that works closely with students or wants to get more involved in practical lessons? Then this course could help improve your practice and feel more confident when dealing with students. The course will explore working in practical lessons, performing demonstrations and running STEM clubs. It will also cover behaviour management, student activities and how to question students and their learning.

This course is facilitated by Simon Quinnell, Curriculum Area Lead Science PGCE at University of York and a leading expert on school science technicians and science technical services.
