Scottish Dance Beginners Class

Come and discover the fun, friendship and fitness of Scottish country dancing!

Whether you're a complete beginner or simply want to refresh your skills, you'll receive a warm welcome at our friendly classes at West Park United Reformed Church, Leeds.

Over four relaxed and enjoyable sessions, you'll learn the basic steps, formations and dances at a comfortable pace, with plenty of help and encouragement from our experienced teachers. No partner or previous experience is needed—just bring comfortable shoes and a smile!

Many of our dancers come for the exercise, the music and the social atmosphere, and new friendships are quickly made.

After the beginners' course, you'll have the opportunity to join our regular weekly classes and continue enjoying Scottish country dancing throughout the year.
