We're delighted to invite you to join us for the first Scottish Networking Show in Edinburgh.

The event features a day full of business networking sesisons in many formats including speed networking, open mingling, 60 second pitches and much more. It doesn't matter what walk of life you're in there are a wealth of opportunities to meet new business leads, introducers and join other networking groups across Scotland and beyond.

Just come equipped with a pocket full of business cards, leaflets and information about what you do and you're all set.

One ticket gains you admission for the whole day to an unlimited number of sessions, seminars or 1 to 1 meetings and because the aim of the show is networking, you get access to the contact details for every other attendee.

Tickets are strictly limited so don't delay in booking or you may miss out on the biggest day of networking in business across Scotland.

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?

You must be at least 18 years of age to attend the event.

What can I bring into the event?

Business Cards, Leaflets or other small handheld handouts are permitted. You may not bring banners, roller or pop up stands or any bags or sealed envelopes of literature

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

It will assist your speedy check in if you bring your ticket printed out or an electronic pass on the Eventbrite App.

Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn't match the person who attends?

No, tickets are not transferrable.

Is the venue accessible?

The hotel has level access and most public areas are fully accessible. Please contact the hotel for full information on the accessible guestrooms.

Is there free WiFi?

Free WiFi internet access is available throughout the hotel.

Is there car parking at the venue?

Free on site car parking, for 100 cars

Do you have a smoking policy?

The hotel is committed to providing its guests and associates with a smoke free environment. All public areas and functions rooms are non smoking

If I have special dietary requirements can I eat at the hotel?

The hotel caters for just about any special diet, but advance notice is preferred. Vegetarian options are available at all times in the Restaurant

Air
Edinburgh Airport is just 5 miles to the west of the hotel. By Car From Edinburgh Airport:
Exit airport, at roundabout take the 2nd exit, then merge onto the A8. At Maybury Junction continue forward towards City Centre. At Drumbrae roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A8. Turn left onto Clermiston Road. After 1 mile the hotel is on the left

Bus
The No 26 bus runs frequently to and from Princes Street and Haymarket Station and will take you straight to the hotel. Journey time is approximately 15 minutes from Haymarket. www.lothianbuses.com

Car
From the North
The M90 takes you over the Forth Road Bridge, stay on the A90 to multi traffic lights at Barnton. Keep straight ahead through these lights, then get into right lane straight away and at lights turn right
into Drum Brae North. Take second turn left up Drum Brae Drive to the top, then right and the hotel is on the right

From the West
On M8 and M9 before Edinburgh Airport, at Junction 2 for both Motorways, head towards Edinburgh East on A8, past the airport on the left. At Gogar Roundabout continue east into Edinburgh on A8. Go through a roundabout and take the 5th turn left up the hill on Clermiston Road. The hotel is at the top after a mini roundabout

From the South East
On the A1, A68, A7 or A702, get onto the Edinburgh bypass A720 and head west to the large roundabout at Gogar Roundabout and head back east into Edinburgh on the A8. Go through a roundabout and take the 5th turn left up on the hill on Clermiston Road. The hotel is at the top after a mini roundabout
