Scratch That!

Imaginate is the national organisation in Scotland, which promotes, develops and celebrates theatre and dance for children and young people.We want more childrenin Scotlandto experience work that is deeply engaging, innovative and inspiring. We believe that all children deserve the opportunity to developtheir creativity, emotional intelligence and reach their true potential.We want more high quality children’s work made in Scotland, and so support artists with a year-round programme of creative development. This includes a mix of events, training, residencies, mentoring and special projects.We celebratethe best of children’s theatre and dance from around the world by producing the Edinburgh International Children's Festivalwhichshowcases performances that delight and inspire the young and young-at-heart. The festival is alsoone of the best places for programmers from all over the world to see work of the very highest standard.

Imaginate

<P>Come and join us in The Anatomy Lecture Theatre at Summerhall for Scratch That!, an evening of new ideas for young audiences that are still in development. The programme will consist of four short, early-stage performances curated through an open call out.  Full details of the artists involved, and the idea they would like to try out, will be published here prior to the event.</P>
<P>The Scratch That! performances will finish around 9.15pm followed by networking drinks in the <A HREF="https://www.summerhall.co.uk/the-royal-dick/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Royal Dick Bar</A> at Summerhall.</P>
