Season's Transition Reflection Session - Spring
Welcome to my Spring Season's Transition Reflection Session where we will use the first day of astronmical Spring as a backdrop to aid some dedicated reflective space. This session will be a guided series of quiet reflective exercises using different tools and techniques - words, pictures and others - to prompt your self-reflection.
I will be using some of my new 'The Reflection Deck' cards to help us unpack our thinking to a deeper level.
Each exercise will be done alone, in company, and you can share at the end what it evoked for you if you wish and which techniques worked the most for you and any you felt less drawn to.
This is about having an hour to take some time for reflection - something we often don't get or make enough time for- as we move into Spring - using that as a theme for our thinking.
This session may suit coaches, leaders, therapists and other busy professionals in need of a space for supported reflection.
