Seeds of Intention
A Yin & Sound Bath to Nurture Clarity and Growth
We'll spend some time outdoors doing yin yoga in the beautiful garden (Weather permitting).
Friday, 16th May | 7:15 PM – 9:15 PM | Quaker Meeting House, Harpenden
Join us on Friday, 16th May, for a deeply grounding and expansive evening as we move gently into the heart of spring with Yin Yoga, Sound Healing, and Journaling.
This session is designed to support the Liver and Gallbladder Meridians, the energy pathways in Traditional Chinese Medicine that guide vision, direction, and purposeful growth. As nature begins to bloom around us, we’ll take time to cultivate that same energy within — planting seeds of intention for the season ahead.
Through nourishing stillness, restorative sound, and the therapeutic power of simple journaling, you’ll be invited to reconnect with your inner clarity and nurture the quiet beginnings of what wants to grow.
Special Offer:

What to Expect
Journaling for Intention:
At the start of the evening, you’ll be invited to take a few quiet moments for self-reflection. With a couple of simple prompts, you’ll set your personal intention for the season ahead — planting a seed of clarity, purpose, or feeling to gently grow from within. Please bring a pen and paper.
Yin Yoga:
A calming and expansive Yin Yoga practice focusing on the inner thighs, hips, and side body to stimulate the Liver and Gallbladder Meridians. These long-held poses support clear vision, emotional resilience, and the energy of aligned action.
Sound Bath with Solfeggio Frequencies:
Following the yoga, you’ll be guided into stillness with a deeply restorative sound journey. Crystal Solfeggio frequency singing bowls, tuned pipes, and other sacred instruments will help ground your energy and awaken inner insight.
This session will focus on frequencies that support growth, clarity, and connection:
• 396 Hz: For grounding and emotional stability
• 417 Hz: For clearing blockages and embracing new beginnings
• 639 Hz: For harmony, trust, and heart-led action
Essential oils will gently infuse the space, holding you in a soft, supportive atmosphere as you root into your intention.
Aromatherapy Ritual:
To close, a guided aromatherapy ritual will help seal in your experience and carry the energy of your intention into the weeks ahead.
Nourish & Restore:
End the evening with a warming herbal tea and a homemade dark chocolate — simple nourishment for body and spirit.

From 2025, ticket prices will increase slightly due to the rising venue hire cost and the use of high-quality essential oils during sessions to come. I’ve worked to keep prices as low as possible to ensure this offering remains accessible to my local community while maintaining the highest quality experience - I also offer a student/accessible ticket. Thank you so much for your kindness, understanding, and continued support of my small business—it truly means the world to me.
