Root25 is a coffee, arts and communinty space in East London that aims to be a hub for people, artists and activists to come to discuss, organise and work together.We are an arm of Restless Beings, an international human rights organisation working with some of the world's most marginalised communities.www.restlessbeings.org

Highlighting Kaamil Ahmed's book on the Rohingya + speakers exploring other communities who have been displaced and in refuge.

At a time when refugee crises seem to be worsening and with the world in a frenzy of fast news moving from one issue to another, this event will take a deeper dive into the idea of seeking refuge and the human emotions which come with it. This is a timely discussion on the global refugee crisis. Highlighting Kaamil Ahmed&#x27;s book on the Rohingya + speakers exploring other communities who have been displaced and in refuge. This is a free event but you must register as there are Ltd spaces.
