Recharging Walks with Anise

Join <A HREF="http://walkcoachlearn.co.uk/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Walk Coach Learn</A>'s Anise and fellow self-bosses in this networking and development walk around the beautiful <A HREF="http://www.queenelizabetholympicpark.co.uk/" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park</A>.  This is an opportunity to network in an uplifting and friendly way, boost your wellbeing and reflect on your experience of working for yourself.  All welcome.
Where?
The walk will start inside Westfield. Meet outside John Lewis and Hobbs on the ground floor (street level) inside <A HREF="https://uk.westfield.com/stratfordcity/centre-info/getting-here" TARGET="_blank" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Westfield, Stratford City.</A>
We will walk and talk together as part of a moving group around the Olympic Park.  The walk will end at a cafe near the Olympic Park where you are invited to stay for a post-walk catchup.
Why walking?
Walking has over a hundred physical and mental health benefits and has been proven to improve thinking and creativity. Walking and talking side by side generates openness and a different quality of conversation.  Being on the move is energising, a great way to explore an area and produces a natural high.
How will it work?
Anise will lead participants on a guided route in pairs, stopping to swap partners at regular intervals.  You will discuss a series of open questions enabling you to engage with the environment, share experiences, support each other and reflect on the development of your own business so far.  The walk will be at a slow to moderate pace with regular stops.  
Participants are asked to:

Come prepared to walk with comfy shoes, no heavy bags and weather appropriate clothes.  It may rain so do bring a brolly or raincoat.  Barring a major storm, the event will go ahead whatever the weather

Arrive promptly as the group will leave the start point and start walking shortly after the start time
</LI>
<LI>
Keep your wits about you for obstacles and traffic as you walk. The walk will be at a slow to moderate pace and involve road crossings
</LI>
<LI>
Bring business cards to share at the event
</LI>
</UL>
Photos will be taken at the walk for publicity and participants will be asked to give feedback about the event.
