About this event

On this course, we will explore timeless Buddhist advice on the following:

How can we protect ourself from suffering and unhappiness, including exhaustion and burnout?

How can we develop and maintain a sense of wellbeing and happiness in life?

How can we take good care of ourself without becoming selfish or neglecting others?

Learning to care for ourself is not selfish as it’s the basis for helping others, and therefore we need to learn how to look after ourself and keep a happy mind.

Everyone is welcome. Retreat is suitable to those new to meditation as well as experienced practitioners. No special clothes are required and seating is provided in chairs and meditation cushions.
