Join the ‘Self-Care When Working On-Line Workshop’ with Deborah Cassar-Egan for an interactive workshop to learn how to look after yourself mentally and physically whilst working online.
During the session Deborah will cover:
- The physical and emotional demands of working virtually and how that can impact our health.
- How to get prepared for working on-line.
- Learn techniques to use before during and after your working day that will help you relax and emotionally de-clutter from your days’ work.
This session has been designed in a way that will allow you to learn while taking part in some group and individual activities. Therefore, the capacity of these sessions will be restricted to 12 participants. During the session, you will also have a chance to ask questions.
Who is this session for?
The session is for anyone interested in learning about how to look after their own well-being. The information and techniques used during the interactive session can also be used to support others i.e. colleagues, friends and family.
More about Deborah
Deborah has been working with people on an emotional level for over 10 years. Being ex-military, she quickly learned how to stay calm, think logically and learn from personal experiences. She has been the Service Delivery Manager for a Mental Health charity, been running workshops for the public and private sector for many years. She has designed and delivered Health & Well-being Events, Yoga Retreats and been interviewed on various radio shows, a podcast, written blogs and articles on about how to look after your health. As a Personal Trainer, Fitness Instructor and Holistic Therapist Deborah she has an eclectic knowledge about the human body and how to better take care of yourself. She has written a book and is currently writing another book about how to look after your mental well-being. Like many Deborah has been catapulted into the world of facilitating and designing online sessions earlier this year. Deborah has applied a lot of her life and work experience to the online workshop that she has designed. As well as sharing her own learning and experience, this session will be a collaborative space where people can share their experiences and learn from one another.
