A workshop for men and those with men in their lives, exploring stress, how it affects us and explore what can make a big difference: they way we talk to ourselves. Self compassion holds significant potential to help people achieve goals, improve wellbeing or address longer term chronic challenges. If this is something you want to build on, we will introduce the means to build the practice of self compassion in your everyday life.
