T﻿he Community Safety team and the High Wycombe Community Board are working in partnership to deliver free self-defence class to Buckinghamshire residents.&nbsp; &nbsp;T﻿he classes, delivered by Bucks Pro-Mai have been designed to empower women and girls (12+) with the understanding of how to pre-empt any potential situations through pre-defence and to learn the skills of how to defend themselves if a situation does arise.&nbsp; &nbsp;W﻿hat to expect on the day:&nbsp; &nbsp;<ul><li>Pre-defence: how to recognise and avoid potential situations, running through body language and simple skills&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Practical Skills: master basic self-defence techniques&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Q﻿&amp;A with trained Bucks Pro-Mai instructors&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Advice &amp; Support: Community Safety Officers will provide attendees with crime prevention leaflets and products&nbsp;</li></ul><ul><li>Evaluation: to help assess the class you will be asked to complete a short evaluation at the end of the session&nbsp;</li></ul>
