Self-employed network: Transitions - starting up, refocusing, slowing down

Starting with three short presentations on transition, we will then then move into themed groups exploring the transitions participants are currently navigating and sharing experiences from those transitions already undertaken.

Lucy Maxwell Scott, Maxwell Scott HR, will talk about transitioning from employee to consultant.

Lizanne Keenan, LK Mediation Services, will share her journey to change the focus of her consultancy business.

Sarah Crayford Brown, Mediation in the Workplace, will talk about slowing down and changing the balance of work and life.

Lucy Maxwell Scott

Lucy is a self-employed sole trader providing Reward, OD and HR consultancy support to the non-profit sector for over 30 years.

Lizanne Keenan, MD of LK Mediation Services

Lizanne is an accredited mediator, a professional member of the College of Mediators, and sits on its Policy Committee. She not only practices workplace mediation, but also delivers practical, down to earth mediation training.

Sarah Crayford Brown, Director of Mediation in the Workplace

Sarah is a qualified barrister, accredited mediator and a coach. Sarah teaches the National Mediation qualifications, and her company is a recognised centre for their delivery.
