Life is too short to spend it waiting for other people to make you feel good about yourself.

<p>The concept of self love never made sense to me.</p><p>I would hear the phrase and think, “What do you  mean love myself more?”</p><p>"How do I love myslef more?"</p><p>"What does that have to do with anything?"</p><p></p><p>In the meantime I continued to slog through life never really feeling fulfilled in my work or in my personal relationships.  </p><p>I knew something was missing but had no idea what it was.</p><p></p><p>After spending many years and thousands of dollars in coaching programs and working with all kinds of healers, I have learned the most important lesson: NO ONE CAN GIVE ME LOVE, UNTIL I GIVE IT TO MYSELF.</p><p></p><p>Life is too short to spend it waiting for other people to make you feel good about yourself.</p><p></p><p>In this 7- Day challenge we will create the space for you to meet the exquisite being that you are, release whatever is keeping you from having what you want and you’ll get to commit many Deliberate Acts of Kindness TOWARD YOURSELF!</p><p>You know there’s more to life, and you want to get it.</p><p></p><h2>You can have it!</h2><p></p><p>Here is how it will work:</p><p>We will be Working based on 3 Pillars: Body, Mind and Spirit.</p><p>It takes all three of these components to create transformation.</p><p>-There will be daily Morning Practices to get you set for the day, to look and feel at your BEST SEXIEST SELF!</p><p>-The practices are non-intrusive , yet you will have a reminder of your awesomeness!!- it is really vital to maintain the feeling throughout the day!</p><p>-In the evening, you will have specific exercises to connect you with your body, mind and spirit, so that you feel incredible before you go to sleep.</p><h3>Schedule:</h3><h3></h3><p>All calls are on zoom and will be available for download</p><p>Call #1 August 19th 7pm BST/ 2 pm EST/ 11am PST</p><p>This call is for each person to set their intentions and for the group to get acquainted and meet each other.</p><p>-Call # 2- August 23rd 7pm BST / 2pm EST/ 11am PST</p><p>This call is for everyone to check in with their progress, ask questions, and get support.</p><p>Call #3 August 26th 7:00pm BST/ 2pm EST/11am PST</p><p>Final call to share your progress, ahas and epiphanies</p><p>You will be part of the FB group, where you will be connecting and sharing your experience with awesome people like yourself!!
