Self Love & Queerness - Workshop

A guided painting workshop to reconnect with yourself, express what words can’t, and leave feeling seen.

In this workshop, we explore identity, self-expression, and self-love through painting. No art experience needed. Just you, a canvas, and an open heart.
We'll start by looking inward: How do you see yourself? How do you think others see you? And, maybe most importantly, how do you want to be seen? Through self-portraits (abstract, intuitive, no pressure to make it "look right"), you'll give shape to those layers of self.
From there, we move into self-love. What do you actually need? What does it feel like to treat yourself with softness and care? You'll explore this through color, form, and feeling.
You'll take your canvas home as a reminder of this moment of showing up for yourself, exactly as you are.
