Join our 14-module Selling Online Programme, designed to equip entrepreneurs across the South of Scotland with the skills and tools to launch and grow a successful ecommerce business.

This in-depth programme covers everything from getting started to researching your products, customers and competitors. Build confidence in your ranges, plan for profit and understand the legal requirements. You’ll learn how to sell on your own website and use ecommerce marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Etsy. Find out how to create great ecommerce page content using up-to-date SEO tactics and digital marketing tools. Create a cost-effective plan for your order fulfilment and returns management. Offer great customer service and explore the opportunities and techniques of selling internationally. You’ll also build the skills to manage your ecommerce admin and accounting, set clear targets, and monitor your performance using practical analytics.

This programme is written and delivered by Karen Riddick, an experienced online seller and industry expert. Module content includes many real life examples and practical exercises to help you apply what you learn directly to your business.
