She is the founder of Dumfries based company, Second Nature Online and she has been selling online for 15 years. She delivers training on behalf of multiple public sector bodies whilst continuing to run her own Ecommerce business. Karen’s training courses and advisory work draw heavily from her own material, experience and observations and this practical approach has proved popular with hundreds of Scottish companies who have benefited from her tuition.
