Do I need prior dance experience?

No, this workshop is completely beginner-friendly. No previous dance experience is required. This session is about feeling and expressing, not perfection.

What should I wear?

You’re welcome to wear traditional Indian attire such as a kurti, or lehenga. You may also wear any comfortable outfit that allows you to move freely.

What should I bring?

Please bring a water bottle and wear comfortable footwear (barefoot is also fine). Most importantly, bring an open mind and positive energy.
