SEND Information Fair 2026
Bringing Parent Carers and Professionals together to discover what support is available within Gloucestershire
This is an opportunity for Parent Carers to meet with local professionals about the services they provide and how they can support Parent Carers in Gloucestershire. The general admission ticket will provide access to the whole event.
The marketplace where all of our professionals and organisations will have information stands for you to be able to find out about what is on offer will be in the Executive Suite.
Our keynote speaker sessions will be held in the Cotswold Suite, starting at 10:30am.
Join Ann James the Director of Children's Services , Kirstin Harrison the Director of Education, Naomi Adams the Assistant Director from the Disabled Children's Team, Rhian Evans the Head of Disabled Children and Young People Service and Juile Miles the Director of Children's Safeguarding & Care to learn more about their roles and what they are working on to support Parent Carers now and in the future.
We also have drop in clinic sessions by the following services:
- SENDIASS (for Parent Carers who are not already being supported by this service.)
- The EHCP Casework team including members of the review, assessment, and preparation for adulthood teams will be on hand during the day for drop-in consultations, offering general advice and support.
- Social Care and Early Help for those Parent Carers who would like to find out more about this service and discuss their individual case.
There will be limited parking onsite and therefore we would encourage visitors to car share or arrive by public transport where possible.
For specific Directions to the venue please use the direction page on their website which can be found here where you can enter your postcode or area and select the method of transport.
If arriving by car, please be prepared to utilise surrounding areas if the car park is full, such as the Arle Court Transport Hub and surrounding facilites. The hotel can then be accessed by the pedestrian underpass.
Please ensure that you check parking restrictions before leaving your vehicle at offsite parking facilities.
