Join us for this FREE  SEND/EHCP event to empower parents, provide information, stands, talks, legal advice, one-to one sessions and Q&A’S.

Derbyshire County Cricket Club

If you are worried about the following things or any other EHCP, SEND support issues this event is for you.<ul><li>Getting and EHCP or a EHCP being refused</li><li>Appeals and tribunals</li><li>Advice being removed from an EHCP</li><li>Your child’s school placement</li><li>Placements and EOTAS not being funded</li><li>Transitions</li><li>Statutory timescales not being met</li><li>Not sure what a Judicial Review is and when one is needed</li></ul>We will be joined by HCB Solicitors who will be giving talks and providing FREE 1:1 sessions for parents.Specialist Education Lawyers attending:Nathan Davies, Samantha Williams, Kayleigh Blanks and Amy Boase.Come along and listen to information and talks, get free support and advice, meet like minded people and browse the stalls.Derbyshire County Cricket Club Pavillion has lifts, free car parking and a sensory room.Refreshments and snacks we be available to purchase at the event.For any further information please contact fleur.roseblade@firstlooksen.co.uk
