One of two days support from the regional Preparation for Adulthood (PFA) co-ordinator from the National PFA Team to support our work in developing PFA.

The training is to carry out a deep dive into our Education, Health and Care Plans for young people in Year 5, Year 9 and Year 11 to help better understand where we are and identify the next steps we need to take.

Refreshments, including a light lunch, will be provided.

We would encourage as many people as possible to attend from mainstream and special schools, colleges and alternative provision, health and social care colleagues and any setting who works with and support young people.
