SENDsational Drop-In @Vault

SENDsational Drop-In @Vault

Overview

Come along to Vault Youth Zone in Preston City Centre on the 8th or 15th of March to see our facilities, meet the team and get curious!

Vault Youth Zone is a brand new youth facility designed to give young people a safe, creative place to explore their interests and learn something new! We will be open to ages 8–19, and up to 25 for young people with additional needs (SEND). Our Inclusion sessions, called Vault:Unlocked, will be running every Sunday from 11am-2pm. While we are getting warmed up for these sessions, we are inviting SEND families and SEND young people to take a look at our facilities, ask questions and sign up if your young person loves it as much as we do!

Our offer includes:

  • Climbing wall
  • Sensory room
  • Music and recording studio
  • Film and multi-media
  • Maker zone (3D printing and robotics)
  • Arts
  • Dance and drama
  • And more!

Across the 8th and 15th of March we will be running drop-in sessions, splitting our usual offer in two so you can have a tour, speak to our youth workers and get a taste of some of the activities at a time that best suits you. We have a lift to both floors, accessible toilets on both floors and shower room with a hoist too.

Transport - We are situated opposite the Preston Bus Station which will have the closest available parking spaces if you are travelling by car or just a few minutes walk if you are getting the bus or train.

Any young persons under the age of 18 must come with a parent/gauardian/carer as this will be an unstructured visit and not a typical drop-off session. If you have any questions, please feel free to get in touch and ask: Rebecca.Donnarumma@vaultyz.org
