Senedd Cymru yw'r corff sy'n cael ei ethol yn ddemocrataidd i gynrychioli buddiannau Cymru, i phobl, i ddeddfu ar gyfer Cymru, i gytuno ar drethi yng Nghymru, ac i ddwyn Llywodraeth Cymru i gyfrif.The Welsh Parliament is the democratically elected body that represents the interests of Wales and its people, makes laws for Wales, agrees Welsh taxes and holds the Welsh Government to account.

Os yw eich ateb i'r naill gwestiwn neu'r llall yn gadarnhaol, dylech ymuno â ni yn Lab y Senedd 2017 – digwyddiad 24 awr sy'n canolbwyntio ar drafod a rhannu syniadau a'u gwireddu. Bydd mynediad yn rhad ac am ddim.  Drwy gymryd rhan yn ein diwrnod hacio, byddwch yn helpu i newid dyfodol diwylliant democratiaeth Cymru.

<H3 CLASS="MsoNormal">Do you want to make a difference to democracy in Wales? Want to explore how digital innovation could improve the way the National Assembly engages with the public?</H3>
If the answer is yes to either or both of those questions then join us at Senedd Lab 2017 – A free 24 hour event focused on discussing, sharing and bringing ideas to life.  By taking part in our hack day you’ll be helping to change the future of democratic culture in Wales.

We’re bringing together designers, coders and digital specialists to dig deep in to our services, content and data, and unlock new ways that it can be used.  You’ll have the chance to work with Assembly representatives, and technology experts from our event partner Microsoft.  
We want to:

<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">Uncover the social and technical challenges that we need to overcome in order to make our work more open and accessible.</LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">Kick start projects and initiatives that will change the way the people of Wales can engage with their Assembly.</LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">Build a network of specialists who can work with us to shape the direction of our open data strategy.</LI>
<LI CLASS="MsoNormal">Hear your ideas, theories and experiences to get an idea of what a fully digital democracy should be.</LI>

Dydd Gwener 24 Mawrth 18:00 – 19:00: Byddwn yn dechrau'r digwyddiad drwy ddod at ein gilydd yn y Pierhead nos Wener er mwyn cynnig a thrafod heriau, a hynny heb ddilyn strwythur arferol cynhadledd. Bydd cymysgedd o heriau strwythuredig ac agored i chi fynd i'r afael â hwy. 
Dydd Sadwrn 25 Mawrth 09:30 – 18:00: Ar yr ail ddiwrnod, byddwch yn parhau i weithio ar eich prosiectau yn un o adeiladau mwyaf eiconig Cymru, sef y Senedd—calon democratiaeth Cymru.  Nid chwilio am y cynnyrch gorffenedig ydy ni. Mae’r diwgyddiad hwn yn archwilio syniadau – fod yn gôd, testun neu papur a phen – a creu’r cysylltiadau.
Bydd bwyd a diod ar gael, a bydd gwobrau bach yn cael eu rhoi ar gyfer y prosiectau gorau.  Y cyfan sydd angen i chi ei wneud yw dod â'ch gliniadur a'ch syniadau gyda chi.
Er y bydd y digwyddiad hwn yn cael ei gynnal dros gyfnod o 24 awr, ni fyddwn yn gallu darparu llety dros nos i bobl.

Friday 24 March 18:00 – 19:00 : We’ll start with a get together in the Pierhead on Friday night to pitch challenges, loosely following the unconference format, with a mixture of structured and open challenges for you get stuck in to.  
Saturday 25 March 09:30 – 18:00 : On the second day you’ll be continuing your projects inside one of Wales’ most iconic buildings and the heart of Welsh democracy, the Senedd.  We're not looking for finished products. This event is about exploring ideas – be it in code, text or pen and paper – and making connections.
There’ll be food, drinks and (modest) prizes for the best projects.  All you need to do is bring yourself, your laptop and your ideas. 
Whilst the hack day covers 24 hours, we’re afraid that we can’t accommodate people in the venues overnight.
