Sensational Brass is a rollicking performance featuring the community brass band Brass Aye? and giant balloons.

Sensational Brass is a rollicking performance orchestrated by artist Wendy Jacob and featuring the community brass band Brass Aye? and giant weather balloons. The balloons act as speakers that receive and carry sound you can feel with your fingertips, feet or with your whole body. Unplugged, untethered and unimpeded, musicians, balloons and guests are free to move and bounce amongst each other. Volume: loud! This event is informed by the interests and insights of individuals with profound and multiple learning disabilities who have collaborated with the artists over a number of years.Part of the <a href="https://ideasteam.org/2019/09/04/altered-states-human-threads-at-the-tramway/" target="_blank" data-msys-clicktrack="0" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Altered States</a> series curated by Artlink(Edinburgh) which aims to unite diverse audiences through immersive experiences.
