SENScot Restart and Rebuild Week - Tayside Engagement Event
Event Information
About this Event
During the Rebuild and Restart week some local social enterprises will demonstrate how they have developed and built on what they could do; sometimes through planning and sometimes by spotting a new opportunity.
At this online event, held on Zoom, you will get the chance to share ideas and meet with other local social enterprises who are adapting to the current climate that is affecting many organisations. What opportunities are there for you to do something different and engage in new types of work and opportunities?
This event will showcase three social enterprises that have adapted to a new opportunity:
1. Pauline Lockhart from S-Mart
2. Fergus Storrier from Showcase the Street
3. Kaja Ekiert from Handam Refill Station
Sarah Daly, National Lottery will be there to help us to consider some of the ideas that are forming and to identify from where funding may be available. This may be National Lottery but Sarah will also give a wider perspective on available funds.
The event is being offered by Angus SEN, Dundee SEN and GrowBiz SE Support Group and is primarily aimed at social enterprises in the Tayside area, however we recognise that those that are based in Fife, Aberdeenshire and Moray may wish to attend as well and we would welcome your attendance.
If you need any more information about the event please email: connect@growbiz.co.uk
