Sensors PhD Showcase 2017

Sensors CDT

The sensors student showcase is a student led event, which will feature poster presentations and flash talks from students of the Sensor CDTs, other Cambridge and national CDTs, and from the <A CLASS="external-link campl-external" HREF="http://www.aot.uni-erlangen.de/saot/home.html" TARGET="_blank" TITLE="(Link to an external website)" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">SAOT Photonics</A> graduate school in Erlangen, Germany. Speakers will be selected from submitted abstracts. The conference aims to enhance links across students from different institutions and sensing disciplines.
Following success stories from local start-ups, there will be a drinks reception and an evening of social events to meet other students and explore Cambridge.  
 
Note: The event is organised the day before <A CLASS="internal-link" HREF="https://cdt.sensors.cam.ac.uk/events/sensors-day-2017/sensors-day-2017" TARGET="_self" TITLE="" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Sensors Day 2017</A>, the flagship event of the Sensor CDT, where world leaders in Sensor Technologies will present their work in an stimulating and varied conference.  All student participants, who come to this PhD showcase are strongly encouraged also to <A CLASS="external-link" HREF="http://onlinesales.admin.cam.ac.uk/conferences-and-events/chemical-engineering-biotechnology/sensors-day/sensors-day-2017" TARGET="_self" TITLE="" DATA-MSYS-CLICKTRACK="0" REL="nofollow noopener noreferrer">register for Sensors Day</A>, where they can also present their posters in front of an international audience.
