Sequential Scotland is a brand new comic convention coming to Glasgow on Saturday 2nd of August 2025. The convention will spotlight Scotland and the UK's amazing independent comic creators and micro-publishers while creating a welcoming space for veterans and newbies alike to mix. The event will feature free workshops and talks delivered by Comics Youth and the Paperjam Comics Collective. There will also be cosplay and art competitions, with prizes kindly donated by our event sponsor Cass Art. Sequential Scotland has been made possible with funding from Creative Scotland.

2025 Postcard Pack

We will be commissioning four creators from our artist vendors to create a brand new illustration for the limited edition postcard pack. Sales of the set will go towards funding Sequential Scotland 2026! More details will be announced once the artists have been selected.

Do I need to pay extra to attend any of the talks and workshops?

No, the talks and workshops are included in the price of your ticket.

Is the venue accessible?

There is a slight incline up into the entrance of the hotel, but once through the door the convention hall, quiet space, workshop room, and accessible toilets are all stair free. Additional toilets are available via a flight of stairs.

Is there a quiet space available?

Yes, there will be a small room as a dedicated quiet space with tables and chairs available. It shares a wall with the workshop room, so there will be some sound coming through from the activity in there.
