Service Break is a monthly event for anyone working in hospitality. It’s a chance to decompress, socialise and meet new people!

Service Break is a monthly event hosted by The Table Project – community for hospitality workers (a UK community initiative that creates spaces for people working in hospitality to feel supported, connected, and celebrated).

Service Break is open to everyone in hospitality — and anyone connected to the industry. It’s a relaxed, low-pressure event where you can:

• decompress after a weekend of shifts
• meet new people
• socialise in a friendly space
• take a breather from work

Everyone is welcome — you can come on your own, bring friends, bring your kids, or just show up as you are. There’s no pressure to network and no agenda other than connection, rest, and community.

Hospitality work often means long hours, late nights, and missing out on normal social time. Service Break is designed around that reality, a moment to relax and catch up with people in the same boat.
