Service Design Jam - Berlin

It is happening again!

On the 26th-29th of April 2024, people who are interested exploring, experiencing and learning about service design will meet in Berlin for the Service Design Jam - Techno Sapiens edition!

This year we're trying something new and want to invite you to explore and design around futuristic concepts on the deep embedding of technology into not only our lives and societies but especially our bodies and minds. How does the intersection of tech and humanity shape our perception, our experiences and even ourselves?

We will be open for around 50 design enthusiasts and design-curious who are eager to learn new methods and tools and share their experiences. Seriously, all levels of experience from novice to pro are welcome!

In a spirit of experimentation, co-operation and friendly competition, teams will have 48 hours to develop futuristic service design innovations inspired by a unique theme.

You will be collaborate with a small, diverse team (generally 6 people) led by a highly experienced and professional designer and facilitator. This means, you will learn techniques, structures and new ways of tackling complex problems.
