Session 3 - Contract Management

In Session 3, we will concentrate on Contract Management. We are pleased to invite our Subject Matter Expert for the Contract Management Practitioner and Expert Training, along with our superusers Michale Bridger from Kent County Council, who will deliver a brief presentation on the key changes that the Procurement Act introduces to contract management.

After the presentation, we will engage in table discussions featuring various scenarios, providing an excellent opportunity for participants to learn from one another and share insights.

This session aims to deepen your understanding of contract management in light of recent developments, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing among attendees. We look forward to your active participation!

Our Speaker

Michael Bridger is the Procurement Standards and Improvement Manager at Kent County Council. In this role, Michael has led on the delivery of the functional strategy and is responsible for the Council’s procurement policy and uplifting capability. Michael is experienced in working across the Local Government Sector, and with Central Government and the Wider Public Sector, to share best practice and collaborative ways of working.
