In this session, Murat will lead a two part discussion:
- First Part: What are the best techniques in training junior developers in a startup environment, and how can we as startups encourage them to stay longer?
- Second part: How can we as developers make better contribution to startups in terms of usage of tools, technologies and culture?

Murat Sert has been a software consultant for a number of years before joining A2Z as CTO and speacilises in fields such as Web, Mobile Application, API and Real Time systems development. He loves working with Python Django, React Native and GraphQL.
