Facilitators:

Fiona Douglas MBACP

Fiona qualified as a counsellor in 2006 and as a supervisor in 2011. She has worked in the third sector on many projects and has undertaken EAP work for local authorities. Fiona has delivered training courses having qualified as a teacher in 1994.

Fiona has been in private practice since 2011 – her practice was kickstarted further by the pandemic and her desire to work independently leading her to develop a now successful and busy private practice.

David Keenan

David qualified as a counsellor in 1998 and as a casework supervisor in 2001. He worked extensively as a counsellor and service manager in the NHS and the third sector. David also delivered counsellor training courses around Greater Manchester.

Now retired, David (formerly MBACP Accred) ran a very successful private practice from 2007 to 2024, where he offered a combination of counselling, supervision and workshop facilitation.
