Setting Up and Reviewing Your Structure
This session will help you explore the options available to you or review your approach of setting up a Voluntary, Community and Social Enterprise (VCSE).

This session will give you the information and skills to start your journey.


Who is this training for?
The workshop is intended for those with responsibility for the governance of a VCSE organisation such as a trustee, founder, or senior staff member.


Learning outcomes
By the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  • Explain the main types of VCSE organisations
  • Identify the pros and cons of those structures
  • Describe how to start the journey of setting up a formal structure
  • Identify ways to revise your organisation’s structure.


How will it be delivered?
This training will be delivered online via Zoom.

Once attendees have booked via Eventbrite, they will be sent the Zoom link in their registration confirmation email and the day before the training.
