A calming evening of breath and sound to help you unwind, reconnect, and settle into a deep sense of relaxation
Join Octavia (@octaviacalthorpe) and Elizabeth (@aniccasound) for a calming evening designed to help you unwind, reconnect, and settle into a deep sense of relaxation.
We’ll begin with a guided breathwork journey from Octavia, by using simple, accessible techniques, you’ll be encouraged to open your body, quiet your mind, and create space for a slower and calmer rhythm.
The physical and emotional release during the breathwork softens tension in the body and eases the mind, fully preparing you to receive the vibrations from the gong and crystal bowls on a much deeper level. When we are aware and present with our breath, we are able to really tune into our bodies both physically and energetically.
Elizabeth will then work with the instruments to fully submerge you in sound vibration, altering your brainwave states to experience deep meditation and relaxation. Find your inner stillness through sound and have a vibrational re-set on both mind and body.
The low, soothing tones of the gong and the clear, calming notes of crystal bowls will fill the room, creating a warm, cocoon-like atmosphere that invites deep rest. This evening is for anyone looking to relax, re-align, and enjoy a bit of quiet comfort.
Come as you are for a cosy evening in comfy clothes and an openness to slow down for a little while.

What to bring:
-There are only 20 mats available at the space, so there are 10 cheaper tickets available for those who can bring their own yoga mat. The studio is a martial arts space, so the floor is padded.
-Please bring your own blanket to keep you warm.
-I recommend wearing comfortable clothes
