· The application window for our Grad and Apprenticeships opens again this November so we’ve put a spotlight on early careers – with additional stands and talks focused on Severn Trent’s graduate and apprenticeship opportunities and including details on what makes a great application!

· Training and skills providers for those looking for a change or simply interested in trying something new.

· Our very own experts offering live sessions on CV writing – so make sure to bring along a copy of your CV if you are interested in personalised feedback.

· Interview practice with VR headsets.

· Workshops on making great first impressions, preparing for your interview and CV top tips.

· Our affordability team who can offer advice on billing.

We’re all different in this city of many trades and faces. But we’ve got one thing in common – we want the best for each other and the communities where we live. And there’s nothing we can’t achieve if we all come together.

Why are Severn Trent doing this?

Coventry is one of the biggest cities on our patch, and we love providing everyone with our wonderful water. We know how brilliant it is to live and work here too.

Our Big Difference Scheme is already doing a great job at supporting people with their water bills. But we want to do more for people in our communities. There are quite a few things we know about helping people into work and helping them move upwards. Plus, we know lots of other organisations who can help too.
