Let’s kick off the year with a virtual sewing party, pattern cutting lesson, and raffle!
We’ll be joined by Soul and R&B musician, Winnie Ama, who’ll perform a tune or two while we settle in.
Next, Kate from Project Patterns will give us a pattern cutting lesson. She’ll show you how to alter patterns to make them more 'you'. As a professional pattern cutter, Kate’s worked with lots of exciting high street brands like Ted Baker and Topshop as well as luxury brands like Peter Pilotto and Emilia Wickstead.
We'll have a raffle of fun sewing prizes including fabric, pattern cutting lessons and lots more. Then we’ll chat and get to know each other. Feel free to bring along a sewing project.
